Tuna Pasta Salad Over Greens
2  c  Uncooked whole wheat elbow macaroni
1-12 oz Can water packed tuna, drained
1/4 c Minced carrots
4 Green onions, minced
1/4 tsp Ground mustard
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 c Low fat mayonnaise
4 c Mixed greens
