Steak & Mushroom Pizza

3 “Flat Out” Artisan pizza thin-crust flatbreads or flatbread of preference
12-oz Boneless beef top sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
½ c Red onion, thinly slivered
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 T Olive oil
8-oz shitake or oyster mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
1 1/3 c Part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
¼ c Basil pesto

Preheat oven to 375˚. Lightly coat large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place crusts on baking sheet. Bake 5-7 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, cut meat into very thin bite-size strips. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat- add meat. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes until slightly pink in center. Remove meat- keep warm. Wipe skillet. In same skillet, cook onion and garlic in hot oil over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add mushrooms, 1/8 tsp salt. Cook 5-7 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Top crusts with mushroom mixture, meat and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Lastly, drizzle pizza with basil pesto.
