Sliced Sirloin
Fajita Wrap
Dressing
1 T Dijon mustard
1/4 c Lime juice
1 tsp Chili powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/4 tsp Ground red pepper
2 T Olive oil
Salad
1 1/2 lb Boneless sirloin steak (about 3/4-in thick)
1 Head romaine, torn into 1-inch pieces
1 Medium onion, sliced
1 Medium avocado, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
12 8-inch Fat free, multi grain tortillas
1/2 c Salsa
1/2 c Low fat sour cream

Preheat grill or broiler. Prepare dressing: combine mustard, lime juice, chili, salt, cumin and pepper in bowl. Whisk in oil. Remove 2T of the dressing, brush on both sides of steak. Grill or broil steak about 8 minutes per side, or until a minimum of 145 degrees internal temp is reached. Cool for several minutes. Slice thinly against the grain. Mix lettuce, onion, avocado, and steak with remaining dressing. Top each tortilla with 1 cup of salad mixture, then salsa and sour cream. Wrap and enjoy.
