Meals in Minutes- Seafood/Pasta
8 oz Angel hair pasta
1 T Olive oil
12 oz pkg Tail off, cooked frozen shrimp
1 14.5oz can Diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained Parmesan cheese, if desired
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add shrimp, sauté until heated through. Add the diced tomatoes, then the drained pasta. Gently mix, heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
