Crispy Sesame-Panko
Chicken Strips
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Dry mustard powder
1 3/4 tsp Ground ginger
1/4 tsp Black pepper
3/4 c Panko bread crumbs
1 1/2 T Sesame seeds
1 1/4 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 8 strips

Preheat oven to 450˚. Line 18x12' jelly roll pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray. In a shallow dish, whisk egg with seasonings. In another dish, mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Dip chicken strips into egg, then panko mix. Place on pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165˚ is reached.
