Meals in Minutes- Beef/Pasta

Noodle Bowls with Steak & Snow Peas
13.25 oz Pkg Whole wheat spaghetti
1 lb Sirloin steak
3/4 lb Snow Peas
2 T Low sodium soy sauce
2 T Water
1/4 c Pine nuts

I Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Meanwhile heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak on skillet, until internal temperature of at least 145˚ is reached. Transfer to cutting board. Add snow peas to skillet, toss with juices. Cook, tossing occasionally until crisp tender, 2-3 minutes. Add pasta, soy sauce and water; cook until warmed through, about 20 seconds. Transfer to serving bowls. Slice steak; place on top of noodles with any accumulated juices. Toss pine nuts on top. Serve.
