Mediterranean Halibut

3/4 c Chopped tomatoes
1/4 c Reduced fat feta cheese
2 T Chopped basil, divided
1 T Capers, rinsed and drained
2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1 lb Halibut fillets, rinsed
1 T Extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Minced garlic d

 In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, feta cheese, 1 T basil, capers and vinegar; set aside. Pat fish dry with clean paper towels. Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine olive oil, garlic and remaining basil. Rub both sides of fish with oil mixture. Grill fish, turning once, until fish easily flakes with a fork or until an internal temperature of 145˚ is reached (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness). Top grilled fish with tomatoes mixture.
