Mango Chutney Chicken Salad
2 1/2 c Cooked chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
3T Low fat plain yogurt
2T Reduced fat mayonnaise
2T Mango chutney
1T Fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tsp Lemon or lime zest
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup halved seedless grapes, red or green, (about 3 oz)
2 medium green onions,  finely chopped
8 romaine lettuce leaves
*To assemble the serving, line 4 plates with romaine leaves. Top each with a mound of chicken salad.

Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, lemon juice and zest and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the grapes, green onions, and chicken; stir until dressing is evenly distributed.
