Lime Chicken w/ Honeydew Peach Salsa

1 Lime (1 1/2 tsp peel, 2 T juice)
2 c Honeydew melon, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
2 c Ripe peaches, pitted and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/2 c Loosely packed fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
4 Medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, flattened to uniform thickness (1 1/4 lb.)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4-1/2 tsp Black pepper

Preheat grill or broiler.  To prepare salsa, combine fresh lime juice, diced melon, diced peaches and chopped basil.  Set aside.  (This may be done ahead and refrigerated, if desired).  Sprinkle chicken on both sides with lime peel, salt and pepper.  Place chicken on hot grill or in broiler.  Cook 10-12 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached, turning once.  Serve with salsa.
