Hoisin-Glazed Halibut

2 T Hoisin sauce
2 tsp Orange juice
4- 6oz Halibut or cod fillets, rinsed

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the hoisin sauce and orange juice in a small bowl. Place the fish on a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick spray. Brush with the hoisin-orange glaze. Roast 6-8 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached.
