Grilled Fish with Buttery Lemon Parsley
6 T Butter flavored spread
3 T Finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp Dried rosemary leaves
1 tsp Grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp Salt
6 (6oz each) Fish fillets, such as cod or any lean white fish
1 Medium lemon, halved

Coat grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray. Preheat grill or broiler. Combine the spread, parsley, rosemary, lemon zest and salt in a bowl. Coat fish with cooking spray and place on the grill or in broiler. Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes, turn gently and cook 2-3 minutes longer or until opaque in center or an internal temperature or 145 degrees is reached. Remove from heat, place one fillet on each plate. Squeeze on lemon juice, top with equal amounts of the parsley mixture on top of each.
