Fish 'N' Chips

1 cup Crushed dill pickle potato chips
4-4oz Fish fillets (walleye, tilapia or cod), rinsed
3 T Light mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 375˚. Coat baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place crushed chips in a large baggie or medium bowl. Pat fillets dry with paper towel, spread mayo on fillets. Coat with crushed chips. Place fillet on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145˚ is reached.
