Double Tomato Pizza Margherita
1 - 10oz Refrigerated pizza crust
1/2 c Pizza sauce
1/4 c Chopped fresh basil (preferred) or 1 T dried basil
3 Roma tomatoes, sliced
5 oz Sliced provolone cheese

Preheat oven to 450˚. Spray pizza pan with non-stick spray. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Combine pizza sauce and basil; spread evenly over crust. Arrange tomatoes over pizza; top with cheese. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Cut into 8 slices.
