Citrus Salmon

1 lb Salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
2 T Mrs. Dash salt free lemon pepper
1 Lemon, sliced
1 Orange, sliced
2 T Cooking wine

Preheat oven to 375˚. Spray a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with cooking spray. Lay fillets on pan. Coat each with seasoning. Alternate slices of lemon and oranges on fish. Sprinkle with cooking wine. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until salmon flakes and an internal temperature of 145˚ is reached. Rest 3-4 minutes before serving.
