Cilantro Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus
1 lb Raw shrimp, peeled , rinsed and patted dry
1 bunch (1 lb) Asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
4 Medium garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (or to taste)
1/3 cup Cilantro, chopped
4 T Lime juice
1 T Canola oil
1/2 tsp Sea salt

Heat large skillet coated with non stick cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add asparagus; cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook 15 seconds. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
