Chili Mac & Cheese

6 oz Elbow macaroni or rotini (whole wheat preferred)
16 oz Extra lean ground beef
1 T Chili powder
1- 15oz Can tomato sauce
1- 14.5 oz Can no salt added diced tomatoes
4 oz Reduced fat cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions. Mean- while, brown beef in a skillet, until no pink remains. Drain pasta, return to saucepan. Stir in cooked meat, chili powder, tomato sauce, undrained stewed tomatoes and cheese. Heat and stir over medium heat about 6-8 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each serving.
