Chicken Strips

1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
breast tenders
1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 T Margarine
2 T Red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dried basil
Honey or BBQ sauce, if desired

Place chicken strips and flour in a large resealable bag. Shake to coat chicken. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken; sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and basil; cook until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with honey or BBQ sauce as a dip, if desired.
