Meals in Minutes- Fish

Broiled Dill Salmon

Number of servings: 4
2 T Olive oil
1 T Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dill weed
1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper
4 Salmon fillets (4 oz each)

Preheat broiler. Place olive oil, lemon juice, salt, dill weed and red pepper in small bowl. Stir to combine. Place salmon steaks on lightly greased broiler pan and brush with half of the seasoned oil. Broil 7 minutes. Turn salmon, brush with remaining seasoned oil. Broil for an additional 5-7 minutes, until flakey.
