Asparagus & Mushroom Pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add green onions, cook and stir 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms and asparagus, cook and stir 5 minutes or until asparagus is crisp tender. Add garlic during last
minute of cooking. Sprinkle flour over vegetables, cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in broth; simmer 3-4 minutes or until sauce thickens. Divide pasta among 4 plates, top with sauce, cheese and basil.

2 tsp Olive oil
1 Bunch green onions, chopped
8 oz Pkg sliced mushrooms
1 Bunch (about 1 lb) asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 Cloves garlic, minced
2 T Flour
1 1/4 c Low sodium vegetable broth (may be in natural section of the store)
1 c (4oz) Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 c Fresh basil
