2c Shredded, cooked turkey
2c Shredded cabbage
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
2T Chopped fresh mint leaves
2 Scallions, trimmed and minced
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T Rice vinegar
2 T Low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
Pinch of sugar
2 T Canola oil
6 Fat free, multi grain tortillas, 8 inches

Mix turkey, cabbage, cilantro, mint and scallions together in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Slowly add the canola oil, whisking until well combined. Pour the vinaigrette over the turkey mixture and toss well to combine. Spoon the turkey salad down the center of the wrap. Roll up, cut the wrap in half on the diagonal.
